Privacy notice for the pilot
Rezuvi stores your account name, email address (if provided), a hashed password, flashcards, review history, AI conversation history, conversation summaries, saved learning preferences, unfinished deck requests, the free-answer allowance, requests and proposals, credit balance, and basic activity events. If you connect Telegram, it also stores your Telegram user ID and payment records.
Study data and reminders
We also store each exercise’s scheduling state, answer duration, study sessions, cancelled ratings and your time zone. Practice timers pause when the page is hidden. Telegram study reminders are off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Settings. Listening exercises use an installed device voice; Rezuvi does not record your voice. Your browser or operating system may handle speech playback using its own services.
AI processing
When you ask AI for help, your request, relevant recent conversation, saved learning preferences and relevant deck content are sent to OpenAI. Requests use the API with storage disabled; provider safety retention may still apply. Do not add sensitive personal, confidential, medical, or financial information during this pilot. Your cards are private to your account; we do not publish a shared library.
Hosting and cookies
The hosted pilot uses Heroku and PostgreSQL. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects requests. Your language preference is saved in browser storage and a separate cookie. Rezuvi does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We collect aggregate product events to understand whether the pilot is useful.
Your data
You can export your cards and profile from Settings and delete an unpaid account there. Accounts with payments require support-assisted deletion so payment and refund records can be reconciled. Routine backups and provider retention may outlast deletion from the application.
